Is there a subscription fee for the Healthcare Business Suite System?

Yes. You may pay a monthly fee or an annual subscription fee to use the Business Suite. You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime.

How do I get charged for my subscription?

You are charged at the beginning of each month under monthly plans and at the beginning of the year for annual plans.

Can I add additional business locations and/or users?

Yes, you may add additional business locations for $16/month per location. You may also add additional users for $6/month per additional user. Please contact us at to add additional locations or users to your subscription.

What is a Business Suite?

Healthcare providers employ a host of services, such as vendors, contractors, software and operational devices which require organization, monitoring and management. Furthermore, providers often are in immediate need of resources, such as attorneys, compliance specialists, third party billers, credentialing consultants, etc. The Business Suite provides tools to organize a healthcare practice's business processes to bring efficiency in managing vendors, contracts, and devices and to ensure deadlines are not missed. As a feature of the Business Suite, provider members have free access to a growing Perla Network of vetted, reviewed, and trusted experts with healthcare experience. "Verified" resources on the Perla Network are referred by Perla healthcare members and reviewed by Perla Team.

Are there other charges or hidden fees?

There are no additional hidden fees.

Can I change my Credit Card Information?

Yes. From your dashboard, under “My Client Account” you can select “Payment” and then “View History & Payment details” to change your payment information and see your invoices.

What if I have a question about my subscription?

If you have any questions about your subscription, you can email us at with the Subject “Subscription Questions”. Please provide a phone number so we can reach you if we cannot resolve your problem with email.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your account until the end of your subscription billing cycle. Once subscription is cancelled, you will lose access to the Business Suite by the end of your subscription cycle. We suggest that you "Export" your contracts and agreements before cancelling or before the end of your subscription cycle.
